Traditionally eaten with Rookworst "row-k-worst" (farmer's sausage). Windmill Meats makes award winning Rookworst, using fresh ingredients, These sausages are smoked and cooked to perfection.

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes in pot, add vegetables (either kale, carrots or sauerkraut) cover with water add salt (optional) and Rookworst. Bring to boil, cover and simmer on med/low heat until vegetables and potatoes are cooked. Remove Rookworst and mash vegetables and potatoes with butter and milk.
