SMOKED AND CURED

Why do our smoked and cured hams, bacon and sausages taste so good? We've perfected our recipes after years of experimentation and testing in our spice room. We only use natural spices, with no additives or preservatives.

Our smoked and cooked sausages can be ready to eat for crackers or ready to cook/bbq for dinner. We have a variety of options, including Farmer Mennonite Sausage, Gelderse Rookworst, and an assortment of Wieners and Smokies. For snacking we have a variety of Pepperoni, Garlic sausage and Kielbassa.

We also make a variety of Dried Sausages and Chorizo. Find them hanging up behind the counter! These dried sausages do not need to be refrigerated and do best hanging up to get drier over time.

Beef Jerky is another favourite among customers. Find them in our basket display in the store.
